The only factor that would return some of my confidence in this co. would be that some (at least half) the directors and CEO are replaced with people who understand the steel industry. If you believe that these directors know what they are doing then you would have to logically conclude they are intentionally running the Aussie businesses into the ground as the final escape hatch.
