So presuming the Management Rights are kept in tact (and I would bet that that would be one of the essential elements of the sale), CER would be a very interesting watch.
Also of note is that the possible impact of another 2 rate rises this year should not affect the desirability, nor the achievable price of any Centro properties imo. Why? - Because good Shopping Centres are highly prized desirable properties - there are not many of them in various suburbs; there is not a lot of duplication in the market; and competition for shop space is always at a premium.
