It seems to me the only poitentialy valuable asset MOG holds is the interest in WA offshore oil/gas exploration permits. Particularly the one Arrow is doing the mapping of. As part of the demerger Moby non-associated shareholders will loose the option to retain the 20% ownership. This option stays with Moby which will be fully owned by Albers and interests. I don't like the proposal being put to shareholders and will be voting no. Moby share price is now sub 1 cent. I have nothing to lose.
