I've made a similar calculation Nathan, and if I recall correctly they have 351m shares which makes the NTA something between 9 and 10.

The problem is that nobody knows for sure how the new accounts are going to look like, and after all the management has done, it is hard to believe what they have stated as asset value...Especially when they’ve told us that nta for BBI was 66c p/s and then they told us that without recap that was $0 and then it was something else.
IMO, unless BAM removes the current management this dog will keep going south. It is good finally a green day, but the way PIH sp has moved just shows the lack of interest of the local market, which makes me think that probably I will get a good bargain once the support $3.5 is broken. If I’m wrong I will loose and upside of max. 20% but if I’m right I will probably get very good assets at an amazing discounted price.
The key now is waiting for Annual Report, and 3 months seems to be a lot of time for this stock…
