Just letting you guys know that assets of a company can be sold without our approval as it was in the best interests of the company. Only leg we have to stand on is if directors did it to benefit themselves, which is to hard to prove seeing as they had to much debt so in a court of law it would prove they did it in best interests. Even if they did sell the assets to someone they are involved with, even that is hard to prove.
