further to the above , I imagine that ALL parties (maybe even inc the governments involved?) have already agreed and formally signed off on the original independent valuation, so there is every liklihood of GJ at least holding them (or Glencore) to this figure for a quick conclusion to the deal. I remain hopeful to the death! lol :-(
