I have read *many* posters repeat that ISX was suspended due to share price volatility (17.3.2). This is wishful speculation, at best, but has been repeated so many times now it is being accepted as fact.
The ASX announcement refers only to 17.3, leaving ASX with a few options as to their reason if and when this gets to court.
I suspect that will be the test of the gaping chasm of potential malpractice offered by 17.3.4.
