Timing was primarily before the closure of the MGP deal. Watching the recent broker briefing I got the sense that it is imminent. The company has left a lot bread crumbs since the MGP acquisition was announced that if you put them together, it makes an excellent energy business. I don't think it is properly understood at this point and I look forward to them releasing more detail once it closes. So the short term looks great now as well as the longer term as TECH kicks in.
