Good question. My understating is once the debt component is finalised (which will be the largest component of capital raised) preliminary works (site work) can commence, with FID occurring once the equity component (smaller part of capital raise) is finalised, signalling the start of construction. I agree a lot has to be clarified in this regard by management, I have, today, mentioned that to them. DYOR & GLTAH
