    It's amazing to see our fellow QPM believers have this level of contact with management.

    I added a few more parcels today at the 0.11's being snapped up. A week of closing at 0.11, a build up ready for the MGP takeover IMO.
    I'm ready for the rerate once the gas acquisition is complete.
