Im not moving any goal posts. I said retail in my first comment and I then elaborated to define that by including institutions in that mix, as generally with large raises of capital through equity, there is a mix of retail and institutional investors.

Then, they usually are able to wrangle a discount of some sort, or better options, and we get sometimes a discount relative to recent market prices.

So..yes it will affect things for all of us and those institutional investors because it would be equity. Therefore selling a stake in the company. And I believe that management has a very good plan behind closed doors with regards to the technology and derisking going on technically and engineering wise, but it appears it is not really being sold so well. I for one have been invested for a number of years and I am currently ahead on this investment. I do think that dilution in the eventual equity sale scenario isnt looking as good as it had previously.

News released yes, but in the market currently good news isn't being received so well accross the board and hoping news itself will drive an SP like it a sure thing, is in my view a little risky in itself.
