I don’t think the gov will back this till they know the funding is a lock. Conversely the funders probably want gov backed assurances. Hence why imho we are stuck treading water and the share price is susceptible to low vol sell downs… QPME needs to smash it out of the park to give this company some life in the near term, until progress is made on the tech side. I feel it’s going to take a major catalyst of sorts to progress.
