When was the SP 9c? Spewing I missed that I would've filled my boots again. What do you want management to do? They have been talking up the project positives and highlighting the fact that both supply and take offs are secured in binding agreements, they have also highlighted the funding they do have, while admitting that they are working on securing the remainder. Without signatures on the dotted line from potential financers, I fail to see what they are able to say. They can't lie or allude to having funding locked in when they haven't, that would be unethical and possibly bordering on SP manipulation. So what are they supposed to do? There's only so many times you can highlight the positives to a market that doesn't seem to care...
