This makes no sense to me tbh. I don't see how the govt in good faith could fund a project that would be losing money.
Unless the Ree price rises I think the probability these MoU turn binding is close to zero.
Same with BHP and etc begging for a lifeline from the Govt. Once they bleed the govt dry they will still end up closing up shop.
