The 2 components are business and what the political side will do.
On the business side, QPM needs to make the gas revenue organically sustainable and scalable. If they can execute, produce cash positive results, Tech becomes a step closer.
Politically, Tech will or wont happen based on Federal backing. They need to eventually move before QPM and other projects collapse because of lack of industrial ambition.
The gas story will be the momentum for QPM. So this will be seen during the coming months.
Personally, I am trying to be sanguine and patient, waiting for a final FID. However, at this point, it is difficult to see this happening in 2024.
