Lansdown's location close to Townsville should allay that big ticket WAFH allowance, particularly if LEIP gets going and there are builds for multiple tenants such as Quinbrook, Edison, QPM (Stage 1 & 2) etc, meaning the majority of the workforce could base themselves in town for a decade.
The travel allowance could be creatively dropped by providing luxury electric bus transport to and from T-ville to Lansdown
Who wouldn't want to save an hour's driving from your day, and use it instead to catch up on emails/HC/sleep?
