Correct me if I’m wrong but of the pledged finance for Qpm hasnt...

Correct me if I’m wrong but of the pledged finance for Qpm hasnt EFA pledged $250 mill? From my logic and I am always open to other more financially literate individuals the hole in the funding is the “up to” $250 mill in funding from NAiF and then the $400mill equity portion.
Have Qpm not already announced the EFA pledge it was done under Angus Taylor?
So Qpm needs confirmation from Naif and then the big question for FID is the equity portion which will be reliant on a $20k nickel price.
This is probably the reason for the article that stated “following on the success of Queensland Pacific Metals” as they have already been allocated funds from the EFA?
