Ready to pounce?...I am not so sure. Theres a mess in NC, the old Colonialists digging in and shooting a few locals to keep them under the old rule...and we wont ever be able to raise the gap funds needed to build tech at our current valuation.
It may very well be lurking. SG in an office marking up leftover CAD drawings and cleaning the coffee filter each week. But otherwise there's no money comming to build for a while.
How good is that little cold fart MGP asset? Sure enough gas for TECH if it were needed...but talk about flogging underproducing low value coals...it's tough work up there. Need more tie ins for free. Re-lifing old fields? Why are they old and out of service to begin with?...Short term producers if they are restarting them...
