I don't know much about FC tbh but I believe it has CSG gas content as high as 7% to 15%, but had medium to low permeability and is pretty deep. Coal wise it was pretty trash, ash content 20-70% which is why it was never mined significantly.

Bowen basin is a particular topic of study for UQ so you can find several PhD papers on Fort Cooper online (google it I hate linking here). For FC, the coal rank and gas content improved by advancing to the east.

either way it's ~67km from the NQGP so at a current estimate of $4m/km it would be $268m for a pipeline plus well and compressor Capex, probably $400m-500m+ by the end of it.
