So the coal miners have their hands out for more gov. money (our taxes) to help them clean up their emissions??

And meanwhile they’re just sitting on their hands flaring 80% or more of the abatement gas coming out of the Bowen Basin. Seems like people are becoming more and more aware of how detrimental methane is to the environment.. I read something about the use of satellites showing that coal miners have been way underreporting how much gas they simply release into the atmosphere.

Time for coal miners to put on their big boy pants… imo.
