Because speaking like that keeps me safe from allegations of violating IP or CIC... But I've done enough emissions reductions projects to know the bar for entry on government grants is very high. Have had good projects fail because we couldn't validate the baseline emissions levels to a standard the gov was happy with, if QPM are willing to do the work then more power to them but it's not as easy as just connecting up a pipe.
