Nice to get some TECH related chat as I think many shareholders underappreciate this QPM asset. Makes sense for the Indonesian government to undertake this kind of control, extending the life of the nickel resources by cutting back mining production for more money over a longer timeframe rather than boom/bust! It also gives them a chance to catch up with mitigating the environmental carnage going on and potentially become involved in the downstream refining/metal production parts of the supply chain for extra value add.
I have a very non-consensus view that TECH will arise from the dead in 2025 and be formally split off from QPME at the time that US offtakes/funding all line up. Deluded? Maybe! ;-)
