    Ive been following the openNEM pricing for months now and there's clearly a floor in the generation price around $130/MW where it's profitable to operate, which aligns with publicly available numbers for similar turbines. However if you look at days like the 7th Jan the price was $98/MW which would suggest to me there was some imbalance management offering more available gas for TPS. When we get out of Summer there will probably be a return to no TPS output on the weekends because the NEM pricing goes lower (which in itself is a form of imbalance management cause the gas is stored on the pipe until it can be used).

    It actually would be interesting to get 12 mths of the av. $/MW, I've just been eyeballing it so far since you can't DL data from openNEM.
