    Id be inclined to think its the NC miners who would have businesses better aligned to taking part in mineral processing plant. I could be wrong though.

    Today's news is quite amazing to me. I never imagined it and confirms to me that there has been an absolute tonne of work in the background to get this going and all the dots are being connected.
