Why we questioning if project is cash flow positive or not. In the first announcement of the acquisition, it clearly states that it's not cash flow positive. But it's currently generating revenue on only 3pj (or whatever unit it is) because other 7 is going elsewhere. So electricity generation is key to cash flow positivity through the Townsville electricity generation. My understanding is that this is not being used at all (or very minimally).
Get as much gas into Townsville electricity station during construction phase and just don't drawdown on the debt facility is the approach I'd take. Obviously ensuring gas security for Qpm head co simultaneously.
