It's actually the exact same price it was in June 2022.
And it remained steady today on a very red day across the market.
I don't see it "steadily declining" at all and not due to "lack of funding". We are in a sideways holding pattern until more funding news yes and if the overall market picks up then we may see a slight increase and vice versa
