    Nothing confirmed and unconditional yet.
    A lot of promises by a lot of credible Companies and Governments but absolutely NO ROCK SOLID, firm and no-strings-attached finance has been achieved YET.

    A solid groundwork has been laid but no one has given QPM any legally binding commitment wrt finance, unconditional, that is.......
    ......... which is understandably why there is no FID ....... YET.
