I think you have either not read the announcements or being very casual in your statements.

Rarely is money given (especially in the hundreds of millions of dollars) without conditions.

that’s normal business practice

if your not aware of that or have other expectations then I suggest you need a reality check

Also I think DFS which is before FID will get the ball rolling more so

DFS is the key FID is a formality.

and based on everything that has been released and that can be deducted DFS will be solid if not strong.

and getting much stronger with stage 2.
