it would seem the interest rates are starting to take effect used car sale stock is the highest it has been since pre Covid people are starting tighten up and as we know there is a lagging effect so I think we will continue to see cpi coming down slowly and then sharply as it has done in the US

with any luck this means the rate hikes are either over or close to I personally believe there could be another one or two.

if what I've just mentioned is at least half true we should start to see a positive shift in the market

but exactly as you mentioned Marco trumps company level and the company for the most part given some delays has been absolutely killing it, once the winds shift in our favour i see no reason for onwards and upwards at QPM

unemployment will go up and when it dies it will rocket.

need another 6 months to feel the hikes that have been done so far to full effect.

people reduce spending, people lose jobs.

projects like this will be the way out...
