I imagine that you would already know that...you dont appear to be as stupid as you were pretending to be.
That's a total project employment number...so quite easily can get to those numbers over the course of a large multi billion dollar project. And yes, about 15% retained for operations. Not so much retained, but numbers wise for long term employment. I dont think anyone here is expecting it would employ 4 thousand workers in full time production roles..
