IMO the TECH Project will be a go when:
1. Government (State and Federal) has provided equity and/or grant funding
2. There is an improvement in the outlook / sentiment around nickel supply/demand and pricing
3. US monetary policy starts to ease
I believe this will happen in the second half of this year.
