He actually has a point.
Prior to the report, DFS was communicated to be due in late Q3/early Q4 multiple times by the company.
Out of the blue, the latest report said "on track for completion in Q4" - this may also mean there is a possibility that it gets pushed out to Q1 next year, which I personally won't be surprised tbh.
Don't be so quick to be so negative and start talking sh*t.
