Why pavors5, is this going to potentially affect their sales in other areas? If sales continue to grow and they become cash positive then I can't see the marketcap staying where it is. Of course we don't know conditions of potential transaction yet, so it may have some effect on the marketcap depending on how many shares they plan on issuing. We don't even know how long due diligence will take. It could be a 6 or 9 month process for all we know. No doubt this announcement has introduced unneeded uncertainty but I think the whole future 'effect' is being overplayed by some.
