Today's sale is important in my view for the following reasons 1 . Reflects a willingness of FXJ to cash in non core assets which will be looked upon very well 2. It shows even assets not considered or discussed can net significant dollars 3 it shows how quickly debt can be reduced 4. it eliminates/ reduces debt issues in the eyes of some 5 it creates some positive momentum which in itself can create Price pressure leading to higher prices medium term
