If you look back over the chart of INL all the rises have been on massive spikes in volume, then resumed the trend down.
If we can rise on slightly above average volume, nice and slowly with good accumulation going on then the rise can be sustained.
so far so good.We need a strong close .
If day traders get onto it it will kill the shareprice short term.
