Will be interesting to see the full details and the "nominal consideration" as the original Jv deal was that after the initial 21 days steady state the Jv would bear the costs for 2 years and then opt to renew yearly for a further two years and then after 4 years INL would then be able to acquire Pms 50% for $1.
That was back in 2006 and not sure of the full details from memory anyone know more???
