If the LAMP is not put into production until the end of January 2012, the issuance of the pre-operational permit for the LAMP does not really matter, does it? The concentrated ore cannot be processed before the LAMP is finished. Perhaps, however, pre-testing some of the processing steps could take place before the construction of the LAMP is completed. Do any of you have information relative to that possibility? Granted, the issuance of the permit would a very positive development and I would think be met with a share price increase. But that is pure speculation on my part.
