Assuming SZL / ZIP merger goes ahead, SZL is currently worth $1.13 so why is it trading at 85c?

    Obviously there is risk that the merger doesn't proceed but based on the merger agreement conditions you think that would be minor and not justify such a price difference?

    Genuinely interested in an explanation. Have posted on ZIP forum too.
