DW, they have had this argument on centro threads for months now, it would appear from my understanding any operating profit has to be distributed or they pay higher rate of tax, which is useless tax office getting it.

I am not sure that they can just say to the tax office we are paying off debt so no operating profit!

I get the feeling we will get some sort of announcement this week, even if it says no divie this calendar year, its still showing that management exists.

I am predicting 10c or better by fri, but I have been wrong before.
