Agree with most of your analysis. Good comment re: high risk because of the nebulous and volatile nature of the local chrome ore market.
Seems to be what many here have missed.
But as you point out it is also potentially high reward.
One of the reasons why I'm still backing the stock, despite the gambly nature of it.
