Hi ESC, I go through phases where I have some time, I do lots of research, I write down things, and then I forget about them...

I recall doing a bit of reading about mining tax in Argentina and reading about the various classifications of minerals (1st class and 2nd class) and so on.... things could have changed but I managed to find the source... see below Source is practical Law ThomsonReuters Tax11. What payments, such as taxes or royalties, are payable by interest holders to the government?Apart from the specifics of the tax treatment of mining activities, general rules apply as set out below.National taxesNational taxes include the following:VAT: 21%.Income tax for the fiscal years 2020 and onwards:corporate tax rate at the rate of 25%; anddividend distribution withholding tax, at the rate of 13%.

The point of my post is to challenge these assumptions, update, refine them... some assumptions may need to be rejected altogether. In my mind, when these assumptions start crystallising and the margins narrowing, we should start seeing the true valuation coming to reality. I'm not an Argentina Mining tax specialist, but the below states 25%.

Maybe it warrants an email to Jerko or if someone with expertise on Mining tax law can shed some light into the assumptions.

The Lithium price is definitely surging far quicker than I expected without any sign of slowing down... the next few months should be very interesting as the price of lithium, the time to production, the potential for offtake, the updated JORC, and Tonopah updates should all starting making an impact on the valuation.
