    I would have thought that the vote of shareholders should be brought into play because if the share holders do not accept Hanlongs take over conditions and formerly say no to the deal then it would force Hanlong to come up with a better offer or open the doors for others to show their interest and force to SP up maybe,

    So when do we the shareholders have a say in what is going on?
