One thought, given that we are dealing with a hormone, bear in mind the initial dose levels of the birth control pill 30 years ago and its efficacy then versus later lower dose releases. Hormones can be very effective at lower dose levels, hence the lower dose trial now underway. Hormones signal other actions within the body to commence/stop and depending on the individual varying levels of hormone are required. Many signals can be communicated and actions commenced with little actual level of hormone. MBP has stated that one of the primary reasons for this follow up trial is to determine dosing levels for phase 3. I personally think MBP management and board are quite comfortable it will work enough on enough people to sell a marketable orally deliverable diet pill as a primary mode/method or supplimental mode/method of weight loss. I am not obese, but frankly I would take it as a suppliment to aid and maintain/accelerate weight loss. Many people I believe will think the same way.
