ZinXation is ANO’s first white label sunscreen product - which means any person or company can buy a fully completed shelf ready product from ANO and sell it under their own brand.

AstiVita is a private label reseller who currently sells predominantly home goods, but is diversifying into other product lines (ala. Kogan). They are majority owned by Lev Mizikovsky but otherwise a listed entity (AIR). AstiVita has become a customer of ANO buying ZinXation to sell under the AstiVita brand. My understanding is they are the customer that has placed the first 15,000 tube order as per recent announcement.

ZinXation is made up of ZinClear, however the revenue of ZinXation includes ANO selling additional things, with further mark up down the line such as the packaging and other ingredients in the formulation. It is similar to having a totally new product available to sell as the customers who would buy ZinXation are not necessarily the same customers who would buy ZinClear by itself (which requires formulation, development and bottling expertise in addition to make a shelf product) so there will be minimal cannibalisation and lots of new customer acquisition upside.
