Some factors to consider when comparing BAY to AW1:
1. Bay is broke, $0 in the bank lol.
2. Bay is raising $2M at 3.75c in this super long winded private placement process. This will add 50M shares to their register. Including Options/Warrants they have ~200M shares and will have ~250M shares after raising cash.
3. They also have $0.8M debt with the CEO. This needs to be added to the EV (or deducted from the $2M cash)
4. Then there's the CAD:AUD exchange rate
Their overnight trading to ~20c CAD on my tracker puts the AW1 equivalent at 59c AUD using below inputs
