    I disagree,

Fed has stepped in and is providing bailouts.

The recent response and speech from Biden sends a clear message that they can’t stop people withdrawing from banks but they can provide reassurance that all banks, even those that are high risk are going to be covered above the $250k baseline and that there is no need to run on banks.

There may be what seems to be continued fallout with more and more bank names emerging in media giving the impression of widespread failure but in reality there is no consequence to the consumer as all banks and amounts are being covered by fed.

Basically it’s ’Don’t fight the Fed’ all over again for those familiar with that term in Covid response measures.

Also, can I add, let’s think realistically, is the world going to withdraw all the money from the banks and stuff it under their couches to depreciate in a increasing inflation environment?

Apologies for hijacking thread. I’ll draw the long bow and note that this is still relatively to Aston as macroeconomic environment sentiment.
