a) Find a new plot of land no one wants.
b) Name change so no one associates it with the previous failure.
c) All of a sudden by some miracle the tenement has massive amounts of visible this and visible that so much so that chunks of it stick to their gum boots as they walk by the side of their dirt road.
d) Pumpers move it to create hype (Anyone recognise the eternal optimist on this thread?)
e) Capital raise so directors live comfortably for the next couple of years.
f) Go to a)…
