It looks as if the judiciary has caught the PC disease. I always thought that a criminal charge would always require the exposure of all relevant information, which, I presumed, could include a person's religious proclivity. Especially when everyone knows that the adherents of a certain misogynist faith, that emerged from the sands of Arabia, are more inclined to gruesome acts of terror than anyone else on this planet.
