e.g Hunnu coal brought a major in at price A, they sold it down 50% then made a bid for whole company at price A which went through.

The excessive share issue, ideas of noble issued warrants just makes me think that if this is worth something, your holding will be diluted, insiders will grab cheap shares and noble may get a company cheaply.
