There's a cap currently on all salaries and no bonuses, so greed is not a part of the OneQuickstep program. Yes it should have been done earlier but it wasn't, I would not expect a company of this size to even contemplate a divi, it's a small cap stock on a growth trajectory, I want it investing money in the business and driving that growth. You may be in the wrong stock if you're after a dividend.
No cornerstone investor? How about WH Soul Pattinson who owns 17% of the company, a shareholder since inception and participated in every CR. They're no slouches when it comes to investing.
There could also be some loss selling this month to cover tax obligations, all a normal course of events in May for some.
